We take the time to listen in order to ensure we fully understand your exact lab requirement; including understanding what each area is to be used for, workflow patterns, and any specific equipment and ventilation needs, such as fume extraction, or HVAC. This will allow us to provide an accurate project cost, and timescale.
If appointed we will then produce a detailed design and specification that will become the blueprint for your new lab.
From there we manage the entire project; handling all of the design, build and trade expertise you might need, such as mechanical and electrical work, building alterations, access control, and ventilation – while keeping you informed at every stage of the project.
