It’s time to meet one of our newest recruits at Evolve. Anna Gerardi has joined the team as our Commercial Coordinator.
Anna, who grew up in Moscow, is a big fan of sport and enjoys going to the gym and playing tennis in her spare time.
We caught up with Anna to find out more.
What do you value most about working at Evolve?
There’s an amazing positive attitude here. It’s the first thing I noticed when I joined the team. It’s obvious as soon as you walk in the door. The people at Evolve are warm, happy, caring and attentive towards each other.
What would surprise people about you?
I don’t have surprises. I am an open book.
Across your career who’s inspired you the most?
My professor of biochemistry. I always wanted to find something that I at least half loved as much as she loved biochemistry. She was so enthusiastic and that enthusiasm was infectious.
Where is your favourite place in the world?
My home. It’s where I am happiest.
Picture yourself 10 years from now – what has changed, what’s stayed the same?
Everything can change, but it seems the renovation of our flat will never stop. It’s an ongoing process.
What’s the one piece of advice that you always pass on?
Stay hydrated.
What’s your motto?
Success is not final, failure is not fatal.
We champion your potential
