It’s time to meet another key member of our expert team here at Evolve. Oliver Pace is one of our highly qualified Field Service Engineers.

He specialises in providing a wide range of scientific services for our customers, including the design, installation and maintenance of purified water distribution loops as well as the installation and maintenance of high-performance liquid chromatography.

Oliver joined our technical services and projects department around four years ago. Outside of Evolve, he enjoys gardening and has a huge passion for photography, and has worked on a number of high-profile assignments, including Malta Fashion Week.

What was your first job?

I started as a student worker with the Gasan car dealership as a mechanic and after finishing school I stayed working there for a while.

What would you regard as your greatest achievement at Evolve to date?

Gaining customer trust and the knowledge I have gathered over the years.

How do you define success?

Success is only achieved by working hard to get where you want to be, so at the end you will be proud that everything you have, it’s all down to you!

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?

Never give up and follow your dreams.

If you could live or visit anywhere in the world, where would it be and why?

I’d love to live in Japan to visit some Bonsai masters and Bonsai gardens.

How do you motivate yourself?

When I see that the people around me appreciate what I do and thank me.

How do you relax?

I chill out on the sofa watching TV and also love tending to my Bonsai plants in my garden.

What’s your motto?

You never fail until you stop trying.

What are your aspirations for the future?
